The workplace has changed dramatically over the past decade. Many women – especially career re-entrants, caregivers, and those working outside of tech-forward environments – often feel uncertain about the digital tools now considered “standard” in today’s jobs.

At the same time, women building small businesses or freelance careers are expected to navigate contracts, marketing platforms, client communication tools, and AI systems – often without formal training. This workshop provides a clear, practical overview of the modern digital landscape.

Rather than diving into technical tutorials, participants will focus on building understanding, reducing tech anxiety and identifying which tools are most relevant to personal goals, including:
•        Communication platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
•        Cloud collaboration systems like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
•        Project management tools such as Asana, Trello, and Monday
•        Design platforms including website building platforms and Canva
•        AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude that are increasingly integrated into daily work
•        Digital contract and document-signing platforms used for employment and client agreements
