Let’s Talk: How to Support LGBTQIA+ Youth

Do you have questions about how to best support your LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults?

Join YWCA Darien/Norwalk Parent Awareness, Darien Pride, and the Triangle Community Center for an open, community conversation designed to build understanding and connect with others.

We’ll begin with a brief overview of foundational language and concepts related to gender, sexuality, and identity. Then, hear directly from a panel of parents and caregivers of LGBTQIA+ youth as they share their experiences, insights, and what they’ve learned along the way.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions in a safe, supportive space, and leave with greater confidence in how to show up for the young people in your life.
